Processing times

Our normal processing time is up to 14 working days. Generally we process and ship orders much quicker than that though. We are always happy to check our books and see if we can ship to you quicker than this.
A notice will be added to the website in the event we are away and unable to ship items for a short period.

Shipping method and estimated delivery times

All our items are sent in boarded envelopes or cardboard mailers to ensure they reach you in tip top condition and as sustainably as possible.

All our orders are sent Second Class Signed For with Royal Mail and should be with you within 3-5 working days of shipping, but Royal Mail delays beyond our control do occur over Christmas and other busy periods.

We will always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, due to courier, local customs and delivery delays.

Customs and import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Up Your Alley is not responsible for charges or delays due to customs.

Circumstances beyond our control

Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to deliver goods where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
