How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £4.50 on all orders. We may be able to offer an upgraded delivery service on some products if you need them quickly. Please email us at kayleigh@upyour-alley.co.uk to check if this is possible.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All our products are printed in house. We aim to ship your order a quickly as possible but due to personalisation the processing time can differ. If you need your order quickly please email us to check if this is possible. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with details of how you can track your order. We are currently working from a 1-2 week processing time and a further 3-5 business days for delivery however we cannot guarantee this time scale, particularly during the current global pandemic. I need to amend my order

Drop us an email as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can however our products are made to order so if we have already started to make your order then we won't be able to amend certain elements. As always we will always try our best to make our customers happy.

My order is a gift, can you send it direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! If you drop us an email with the wording you would like, then we will include a little gift note. We hope to add an option soon where you can request our handmade personalised confetti to your gift orders.

Can I personalise the products I order?

Most of our products can be personalised, feel free to drop us an email if you have any questions about this. We do also supply custom orders. We do reserve the right to decline any order that we deem unsuitable. As you can see from most of our products, we aren't offended easily but there are certain lines we absolutely will not cross, and rightly so. As always, drop us an email if you want to ask any questions about custom orders or personalisation.

I've placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email

Sometimes emails from us will automatically go into your email junk folder so you might find your confirmation email there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please drop us an email and we’ll check your order on our system. We’ll re-send the confirmation email to you, so you’ll know your order has been processed.
